Geek Report!!!

I filled in this week on The Geek Report podcast.  Lots of stereotypes were bandied about, we all learned a lot about My Little Pony,  and I was accused of doing heroin on the air!  All in all a good time was had, give it a listen over at The Blat Show web site.

Dog Art Gallery

I love my dog like a fat kid loves cake.

So I like to bestow my pooch some of the finer things in life, Ikea dog bed, Target dog treats, and her own personal art gallery. Dog art Gallery is an ever expanding project, all of the frames and most of the pictures have been purchased at antique stores. Quite frankly I cant think of a more succinct way to say both "I love my pet" and "I'm bat shit crazy".

To get the ball rolling here's an old image I created, saved, and then never showed to anyone. I've seen ones similar to this guy floating around but they all looked like quick Photoshop filter jobs. So I decided to plop it into Illustrator and start from scratch. I was thinking about putting a water mark on it; considering that it's a parody using appropriated material, I'm not going to worry about intellectual property theft.

Lack of awesome.

Some of you may have noticed that I have yet to post anything on my awesome blog of awesomeness. You may be saying to yourself "Has Chris not been doing anything awesome lately?", "Maybe he's been sick." or "Perhaps he's had the common god damned decency to punch his own ticket."

Well to those I say "I shit awesome".

After completing my latest symphony of awesome (dressing my dog like Jim Morrison and teaching her to bark the intro to Light my Fire) I reached for my camera. Only to realize that it's all the way across Minneapolis in my exes place, distinctly not awesome. If history is any judge I'm not going to see that fuck for a while.

So, until I get my camera's refugee status sorted out I will have to post some of my older feats of awesomeness.
